Wow, what a stunning piano! This is a rare Gothic style upright piano from the height of the lavish Victorian era. It was built by the prominent J & C Fischer piano company of New York in about 1887. J & C Fischer built high quality, expensive pianos from about 1840-1982, one of the few American piano manufacturers to survive well over a century. This piano is one of the most beautifully preserved instruments we have ever seen. Note the amazing details which speak for the high quality of this piano. Pianos of this caliber are exceedingly rare due to their high cost when new. This piano will be restored to like new condition inside and out. This piano can be equipped with computerized player mechanisms if desired.
