This piano was built by the renowned Paul G. Mehlin Piano Company of New York in 1900. It is a beautiful Victorian style cottage upright, and is made of stunning walnut wood. These cottage uprights were usually intended for smaller country cottages, apartments, and vacation homes of the era. Note the unusual hand-operated pull knob that works the middle pedal! We have restored several Mehlin upright and grand pianos, and find them to be consistently about the best pianos we have ever seen. This is truly a magnificent piece of America's piano building at its finest. This piano can be equipped with computerized player mechanisms if desired.
